Hi I'm Janelle!

I've always been a lover of food and being out in nature. Whether it's trail running through the mountains or eating a fresh slice of baked bread with butter on the couch, both bring me some serious joy.

However, that wasn't always the case.

Starting out as a competitive gymnast, nutrition and physical activity was integrated into my life at a young age. I quickly learned how nutrition impacted my performance, but I also learned the darker side - how it can become controlling and negatively impact quality of life.

And so I embarked on my journey - first as a Registered Dietitian working in both clinical and community settings before diving into Intuitive Eating to fully understand the toxicity that comes from diet culture. Now I work with clients to share the practice that has helped me, so more people can find clarity and peace in their own relationship with food and their body. It is my mission to free people from diet culture, reconnect with their own body, and develop habits that come from a place of compassion and care - not control or restriction.
